The Panthers were 1-10 in 1972, not 0-11. Also Pitt has won nine national championships, not just one. He ran for 303 yds against Notre Dame in 1975. Ara Parseghian had the brilliant idea of trying to slow him down by letting the grass grow a little longer at ND's stadium. Apparently he didn't think that his defense would have to run through the same grass!

's all window dressing by Jerry Jones. The Cowboys are a bad team going nowhere until they rebuild without Jerry's leadership. He will oversell the team's abilities this year like he has done every year since the Championship teams. They are, at best, an 8-8 team. Don't let anyone sell you on more. It's just to keep the sheep coming back.

I hope this is Tony Romo and Jason Garret's last opportunity to right the ship!!! Yes the defense was horrible last year and the offensive line didnt protect the QB but some of the play calling (jason Garret) and play making (Tony Romo) definatoly contributed to the mediocore season Dallas had last year.

The cowboys need to address the safety position, they can not afford to sign an free agent so they must draft the best safety available.

Bill Parcells was a good coach for the Giants, not the Cowboys!! How can you take a coach from out of the NFC East that has been your arch enemy and ask him to lead your team? The Boyz were in the playoffs before Parcells got there, not during his stay and after he left!
